What is Plant-Based? Eating Plant-Based is another clean way of eating mostly minimally processed foods such as fruits, veggies, beans. Excluding the consumption of animal products, meat, poultry, fish, and eggs. When choosing to eat plant-based it’s imperative that the foods you do consume are low in sugar and fats.
