Breig stands as a seasoned professional dedicated to elevating F&B operations and fostering success within dynamic environments.

With a rich background spanning over 17 years in food and beverage operations within high-volume entertainment venues, Joseph Miller is an exceptional hospitality professional. He boasts strong leadership skills, adept organizational capabilities, and a proven track record of success. His role as Senior Purchasing Manager at Amway Center and Camping World Stadium showcased his ability to drive revenue growth and streamline operations. Proficient across various systems, including BOSS/Tangent purchasing, Kronos timekeeping, Micros/Quest POS Systems, and Oracle Suite Host, Miller consistently delivers exceptional results.
